- Original tags and packaging are included.

- Products damaged due to improper use.

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Package the item securely.
- Ship the item using our provided instructions.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Veloro.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times:
- Inspection: 1–3 business days
- Bank processing: 3–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos attached.
We will provide either:
- A full refund
- A replacement
- An exchange
at no additional cost.
